Formulate brand strategies for Petrofer Oils & Chemicals as per Petrofer's brand guidelines which will help the company to achieve its goals and objectives aligning with the mission & vision of the company.
Plan, budget, and produce communication materials for the brand/s as per the brand guideline.
Manage and execute strategic events for Petrofer Lubricants develop and follow BOD Strategies, and give communications supports to the Field Sales Department.
Supervise the digital media wing and ensure communications materials on a regular basic, develop apps and campaigns for the brans/s. Manage the website and other socia media.
Maintain relationships with the news media and ensure news, interviews, stories, and articles for the brand with the help of external PR agencies. Keep good relationships with Petrofer Asia representatives and communicate with them the new communication & campaign updates regularly.
Ensure the most efficient and competitive media buying, relevant media planning, SOV>SOE, and outdoor media coverage in key strategic locations of the country.
Organize & supervise the management of creative advertising agencies, digital media agencies, PR agencies, media buying & planning agencies, and other different service vendors.
Plan different brand & market communications activities Petrofer Lubricant.
Administer the best-negotiated price for the procurements as well as ensure good quality products and services. Supervise a compliant process for all kinds of procurements.
Find, evaluate, and execute sponsorship/CSR/partnership/cross-promotional activities with different organizations, brands, or concerns which will give good mileage to the brand.

YÊU CẦU

Proven working experience in Brand & Communication and at least 02 years as in a managerial role.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to think strategically, work well in a team, and possess strong analytical skills and branding technical expertise.
Comprehensive knowlegde of customer relationship management and market dynamics.
Openness to travel throughout Vietnam and maintain a professional demeanor.
