Mô tả công việc

Meeting the company’s overall objective by attaining a predetermined volumetric sales target.
Establishing dominance over competitors by assisting industrial customers in promoting the use of quality Petrofer lubricants within and beyond the assigned territory.
Conducting a comprehensive analysis of competitor strategy, behavior and performance, including product performance for each segment, to prepare counter-strategy reports.
Enhancing sales and services by pursuing potential customers for up-selling and improving service.
Supporting the Sales Team with technical issues and organizing training, lube clinics, and inspections for potential industries.
Hosting technical seminars annually for customers to demonstrate the benefits of products with the assistance of the Technical Team.

YÊU CẦU

Proven working experience in Sales & Marketing in a managerial role.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to think strategically, work well in a team, and possess strong analytical skills and technical expertise.
Comprehensive knowlegde of customer relationship management and market dynamics.
Openness to travel throughout Vietnam and maintain a professional demeanor.
