PETROFER’s latest investment reflects the modern development of a fully automated grease manufacturing plant and serves to produce high quality greases for many industrial and automotive applications. The PETROGREASE series of products are designed to meet the high demands for lubrication of such items as: bearings, suspension joints, chassis mountings and fittings, agricultural machinery, and other automotive, industrial, and domestic components. The greases are also extensively used in industries such as steel, mining, and cement production. PETROGREASE series of products bring new perspectives to standard applications with their diverse and state-of-the-art formulations and enable the products to be carried to the next performance level. They are formulated with high specification components, not only to meet all the requirements of the customer, but also to reduce their use volumes, and minimize their maintenance costs.

OUR PRODUCT RANGE

CALCIUM SULPHONATE COMPLEX GREASES

These greases with high dropping points are suitable for high temperature applications. They are recommended for low speed bearings, hot rolling mills, protection of parts in offshore applications, various mechanisms on vessels and boats, bearings, and equipment in contact with towns or sea waters, chains and drives in general, machinery exposed to high temperatures, lubrication of bearings for steel continuous casting plants and production of animal feeds in pelletizer granulators.

LITHIUM COMPLEX GREASES

These greases can be used as long life greases in roller bearings, water pumps, electric motors, couplings, cardan joints, and wherever high efficiency greases are needed with severe requirements. They have excellent resistance to water contamination and high loads at wide temperature ranges.

LITHIUM GREASES

These greases have outstanding load carrying capacity and are recommended for bearings working under severe conditions such as heavy load and/or water ingress. They have excellent mechanical stability, sealing ability, perfect protection against corrosion and oxidation.

LITHIUM-CALCIUM GREASES

These multi-purpose greases are recommended for bearings and mechanisms working under light-medium load and rotational forces often in the presence of water. They are formulated especially for lubricating of equipment that works in an aqueous contaminated environment.

CALCIUM GREASES

These greases are suitable for general lubrication, protecting industrial vehicle chassis fittings, agricultural machinery and where excellent water resistance is needed. They also can be used on the bearings which are not operating under heavy load, high speed.

SPECIAL GREASES

In certain applications, you may need a specialised grease that has highly technical properties with solid pigments to improve lubrication, protect the surface, or you may be working in an area where the grease needs to withstand extreme external influences.
