ISOCUT VG SERIES

ISOCUT VG is a metal removal machining and hydraulic oil (HLP). It is intended for use on machine tools where intermixing of cutting oil and lubricant and hydraulic oils cannot be avoided and deterioration of cutting performance is thus unavoidable.

ISOCUT VG prevents the formation of oil mist, is non irritant to the skin and makes for a good work environment by reason of its low aromatics content.

ISOCUT VG is to be recommended for all types of machining on automatics. On multi-spindle and NC machines ISOCUT VG helps to achieve optimum cutting performances and surface finishes with minimum wear to tools.

Particularly long tool lives are also achieved in gear-cutting operations on transmission parts on Gleason machines, as also with hobbing and shaping of gears of the most varied ranges of module.
