DIE-FORGENT WL 148
DIE-FORGENT WL 148 is a water-miscible heat forging, warm forging release agents for steel, aluminum alloy and non-ferrous metal alloy, which containing solid lubricant distributing uniform, and can be diluted with water in any ratio but nonetheless very effective.
DIE-FORGENT WL 148 is black viscous liquid, which produces a very uniform coating of the die-face. It guarantees good lubrication of all sliding parts of the die. The thickness of coating is determined by solution’s concentration.
DIE-FORGENT WL148-solution can achieve optimum effect when the work piece’s temperature is 150～ 450 ℃. In this range, the excellent lubricity of solution is very helpful for the effective of solution centralized on the die-face, and the forging work piece can mildly reduce the temperature that guarantee the long service life of forging tool.
DIE-FORGENT WL148-solution should be keeping on stirring (or compress air continuously be injected) for the fine-disperse of effective solution. If the solution keeps on statics for a long time, it can immediately be getting right after stirring.
DIE-FORGENT WL 148 has good rust prevention for cases, pipes and machine.
DIE-FORGENT WL 148 is a black danse liquid, free from toxic material and odor-neutral.
Recommended diluted concentration:
The diluted ratio of DIE-FORGENT WL148 should be controlled from 1:3 to 10.
The specific dilution ratio should be based on the actual forging working conditions.
In the first use, starting from 1:3 or 1:5, then gradually increase the proportion of water.
