DIE-LUBRIC 33 ZN is a water-miscible die-face lubricant for die casting of zinc alloys. The product is free from wax and silicone.

DIE-LUBRIC 33 ZN has excellent release properties. It guarantees lubrication of all sliding parts of the die.

DIE-LUBRIC 33 ZN provides castings with very bright, clean surfaces. The formation of layers from residues in the die and on the castings id certainly avoided.

DIE-LUBRIC 33 ZN does not contain any harmful components. The air in the diecasting shop is not influenced in a negative way.

The application of DIE-LUBRIC 33 ZN does not causes any problems during lacquering or galvanizing of the castings. Of course this assumes a proper pretreatment of the castings.

DIE-LUBRIC 33 ZN is used in a dilution-ratio of 1∶ 30 up to 1∶ 80 depending on the workpieces which have to be casted.
