DIE-LUBRIC 4060
DIE-LUBRIC 4060 is a water-miscible die-face lubricant for die-casting of aluminum and magnesium, which is highly dilutable but nonetheless very effective.
DIE-LUBRIC 4060 has extraordinary good wetting properties also when the die temperatures are very high. The emulsions produce a very uniform coating of the die-face.
DIE-LUBRIC 4060 contains as release agents and lubricity additives organic materials of high thermal stability. Neither residue formation nor metal pick-up on the surface of the die occur.
DIE-LUBRIC 4060 does not contain harmful materials. It does not produce hazardous or irritating fumes. The air in the die-casting shop remains clear.
DIE-LUBRIC 4060 is used in a dilution-ratio of 1:130 up to 1:200. Extremely difficult castings, where thin cores or the die are partially over-heated, may require a higher concentration of up to 1:80.
DIE-LUBRIC 4060 is applied with standard spray equipment for water-miscible die-face lubricants either manually or automatically.
